start on time. However, Allow a buffer time for traffic and traffic accidents!
After your event we need to be able to leave promptly to get to our next event!
Please don't let your guests block us in; we may have another job after
yours. Please keep all your guests and children detained and out of our way
while we set up/break down/clean up. This is for everyone's safety. Your time
may get cut into if we are attempting to set up and are delayed by others. best

Food: If you are having a
show, we recommend serving food before or after it. Serving food during the
show will be a distraction. We always remind the children to wash their hands
after handling the animals. We do recommend hand sanitizer, but soap and water
is still the best.
Supervision: (Pony Rides): The handler is in charge of the pony or horse, not the rider. if a child is not able to safely ride alone, a responsible adult is needed to help the child. Our handlers will hand walk each pony and rider around a predetermined circular walk course at your location. Each child will have one “go-round”, providing opportunity for each child to have the experience. There is always time for multiple “go-rounds”
Pictures: Taking pictures is encouraged -- as many as you like! Please take pictures while each child rides. Due to time constraints, please remember we are trying to get all party guests a chance to ride. -- unless you've booked extra play time.
State or County parks: Customer's are responsible to comply with parks requirements such as permits. Some parks do not allow animals or ponies on the premise.
